It's time to talk to the tenant. Mistress Jane owns several rental apartments and this one tenant she wants to finish off. She calls him in and tells him that from now on the rent for the apartment will increase. He doesn't agree, but Mistress Jane has a way of getting him to willingly pay whatever she asks of him. To do this, she sits down with her jeans ass right in his face and won't release until he agrees to pay the rent increase.
