Mistress Anfisa doesn't let go of him. She now wants to get her other dirty boot sole licked clean by the slave. His tongue only licks really well when she increases the pressure on his neck. She stands with her other boot firmly on it neck to ensure that he will glide his tongue over her sole. She then takes off her boots and stands with her bare feet on his neck until the pressure becomes unbearable for him. He has to obey and do what Mistress Anfisa demands of him, otherwise he will be quickly discarded as a slave. (Part 2 of 2 from the full clip: 'Mistress Anfisa - soles for his tongue and neck')
